Q. How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately via support chat or info@melyv.co to cancel your order. Once order processing and shipping fulfillment has begun, your order cannot be canceled.
Q. The product packaging is different from website images. I would like to exchange/return.
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges based on differences in product packaging. While we try our best to keep product images up-to-date, packaging may change due to brand circumstances, updates, or redesigns and may occasionally differ from the images shown on our website. The product itself remains genuine and of the same high quality.
Q. How can I exchange my purchase?
Unfortunately, due to international shipping complications in shipping and customs & duties, we do not offer an exchange service at the moment. However, we highly recommend to proceed with returning your previous order and placing a new order for your item of interest.
Q. What are the requirements to request returns on my purchase?
Return requests are available within 14 days from receiving the product and should meet the following requirements below:
✔️ Unused product with seals on (any signs of product usage may not be eligible for refund as we inspect all returned products after receiving the package)
✔️ Customer should be responsible of returning the package containing all sample and printed materials as how the order was originally received by the customer. If any of the original, sample, or printed material items are missing, the amount will be deducted from your refund accordingly.
✔️ Only products directly purchased on Melyv (however, bundled items/products sold as sets or kits are not eligible for return)
✔️ All digital products are final sale

✳︎ Returns cannot be processed in any case the product is unpackaged/unsealed/used.
✳︎ Returned items should be packaged properly and safely as received. Refunds cannot be processed for any broken items due to poor re-packaging by the customer.
✳︎ In the case of receiving a missing/defected/damaged product upon arrival, please contact us ASAP within 1 day of receiving the package. Send us a photo of the received product with all shipping labels attached.
✳︎ Refunds are not available for parcel delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, natural disasters, or other factors beyond Melyv’s control.
‼️ Please be advised all packaging processes are recorded before handling shipping and in case of a false claim of a missing/defected/damaged product, Melyv may take action accordingly (accounts may be banned from abusing/violating our return policy including suspicious behavior on repeated returns).
Q. I would like to return a product. How do I request returns?
Upon requesting a return via our support email, we will assist you on the next steps. Please contact us at info@mely.co to request returns.
Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?
PayPal refunds may take up to a day to process, though occasional technical issues may cause a delay.
For bank transfer refunds, processing may take 1–5 business days (or longer) depending on your bank and any intervening weekends or holidays.
